To simplify the booking process, all pricing is shown in rack rates on the booking portal.
Your booking will be confirmed back to you via the individual properties that you have booked, and your booking will be eligible for the STO rate that you have agreed with each individual property.
The system will email you a consolidated itinerary. Your booking at each property will be provisionally confirmed and held for a period of 14 days before it will automatically be cancelled and removed from our system.
The individual properties reservations team will be in touch with you via email to see if you would like to confirm the reservation, extend the provisional reservation for a longer period or cancel the reservation.
All reservations will be subject to the individual properties terms and conditions that you have agree to when accepting their STO rates.
